Jewish Mindfulness Meditation

The hour will begin with a short teaching drawing on Jewish wisdom through the weekly parsha or other sources along with some basic meditation instruction, there will then be a 30 minute sit, usually done in silence though some weeks may include some guided meditation, and the hour will end with 10-15 minutes of optional sharing. Those with and without a regular meditation practice are welcome. Start your day by sitting together in community to carry you forward with a sense of wakeful presence. Leslie Lorber leads the sessions.
